Martinuzzi Construction Services was founded by Julian Martinuzzi as a consultancy-based business offering a wide range of services with the view to assisting clients and builders in development and construction of projects in South East Queensland. Our goal is to provide exceptional quality building advice and project management  for our clients, to successfully deliver quality projects on time and on budget.  

History and experience

Graduating from QUT in 1998 with a Batchelor of Applied Science in Construction Management (Hons), Julian commenced work in the industry as a building cadet. He worked in a number of roles gaining valuable exposure to the Building Industry.  Initially starting in estimating, before advancing into contracts administration and ultimately project management.

Over the course of his 26 year career he has worked with several well-known and respected medium sized building firms in South East Queensland, reaching the position of construction manager as his most recent role. He has honed his skills in building, supervision and management from ‘on the job’ learning various roles within the construction industry across a variety of sectors. These include education, aged care, hospitality, multi residential, and industrial. 

Julian has an enviable reputation for delivering high quality projects in a timely and cost effective manner. His project portfolio boasts delivery of over 50 projects with a construction value of over $300 million.

At MSC we believe that construction project management is in its essence directing and organising each part of the project life cycle, from initiation to completion. It is a holistic approach with the goal of delivering projects of high quality, on time and on budget. We pride ourselves on being approachable, honest and fair in our relationships with our clients, architects and subcontractors.
